The Homeward Bound Capital Campaign will finance the construction of the new Animal Shelter facilities on 11.25 acres adjacent to Cloman Industrial Park in Pagosa Springs. The cost for the new facilities, including a five-year operating reserve, will be $1.2 million dollars of which approximately $700,000 has been raised.
