1. Include your name as you want it to appear in the cookbook.
2. Include your phone number and e-mail. These will not appear in the cookbook and will only be used if we need to contact you with questions.
3. Limit of two recipe submittals per person.
4. List all ingredients in order of use.
5. Include container sizes if appropriate (e.g. 16 oz pkg, 24 oz can).
6. Keep directions in paragraph form, not numbered steps.
7. Use names of ingredients in the directions (e.g., "Combine flour and sugar." DO NOT use statements like "Combine first three ingredients.")
8. Include temperatures and cooking, chilling, baking, and/or freezing times.
9. Your recipe should fit into one of the following categories: Appetizers & Beverages, Soups & Salads, Vegetables & Side Dishes, Main Dishes, Breads & Rolls, Desserts, Cookies & Candy, This & That, or Pet Treats.
10. All recipes must be received by April 30th to be considered for inclusion in the cookbook.
